1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the BayLine Pools website at www.baylinepools.co.za (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Who we are
Bayline Pools (Pty) Ltd ("BayLine Pools", "we", "us", "our") is a swimming pool installation, repair and maintenance company registered in South Africa, operating from Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay in the Eastern Cape. You can reach us at info@baylinepools.co.za or on (060) 828-7753.
3. Quotes and services
Nothing on the Site is a fixed-price offer. Every pool installation, renovation, repair or equipment supply is quoted individually, usually after a site visit. A formal quote is only valid once issued in writing by us in response to your request, for the period stated on that quote. Acceptance of a quote forms the basis of a contract on the terms set out in that quote.
Product photographs and the fibreglass shell model range shown on the Site are for illustration. Shell models, colours and sizes are subject to availability from our suppliers at the time of order.
4. Information on the Site
We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice. It is not professional advice for your specific pool or property. Please contact us before relying on it for a decision.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including photographs of our work, text, the BayLine Pools name and logo, and the design of the Site — is owned by BayLine Pools or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or republish any content without our written permission. Supplier and partner logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
6. Your use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, introduce malicious code, or use the Site in a way that interferes with its operation or other visitors' use of it.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site embeds Google Maps on our contact page and links to our Facebook page. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. A link does not mean we endorse a third party's content.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information you give us through the Site — including the contact form — is set out in our Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BayLine Pools is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be heard in a South African court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown here, with the date last updated.
